Refunds and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of your purchase if you would like to receive a refund. If 5 business days have passed by after your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. However, a store credit or product exchange may be applicable.
In order to process your refund, we will need proof of purchase. You can email it to info@icsweettreatsllc.com. Once purchased is confirmed, you will be prompted to return your items (we will send you a return shipping label via email at no cost to you). You will have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return your item(s). Once items are received, your refund will be processed and your payment will be returned to your method of payment within 5-7 business days. If your item(s) are received after 30 days, you will not be able to receive a refund but you may still be eligible for a store credit of equal or lesser value.
We not accept or offer returns on used items. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us via email to discuss.
If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, you may return the unused item to us (shipping cost is not covered by us) to receive a refund or exchange (shipping cost not covered by us).
Classes/Groups
There are absolutely no refunds on any online, virtual or in person classes/tutorials!
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an even exchange of the same item. If the item you purchased is no longer in stock, you can exchange for a similar item or receive a store credit of equal value. You will receive a return shipping label via email.
